The CMM Products Division is looking to recruit a Senior Electronics Engineer to work within the Current Products Department. Working closely with the Technical Manager, immediate colleagues and cross-functional teams including quality, purchasing, manufacturing, materials specialists, assembly lines and the supply base, they will carry out a wide-ranging role addressing issues across the full CMM current product range, quickly and efficiently.
As the successful applicant you will be self-motivated with a hands-on attitude to develop our products. Great analytical and problem-solving abilities are essential. You will have demonstrable organisational skills; able to forward-plan, prioritise tasks and co-ordinate the work of others. You will be capable of taking the lead in solving technical problems, making design recommendations based on firm evidence. Furthermore, you will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be able to enlist the support of others when required.
