Renishaw currently has a vacancy for a Service Centre’s Facilitator to help support the development and expansion of a global service and support. The role operates within a corporate sales development team, located in Wotton-Under-Edge and reports into the Service Development Manager.
The role will be the focal point of communication and guidance between the Divisions and global service/test centres and where commercially identified, they will be leading the adoption of setting up a new service facility.
This will include the responsibility of being involved with and supporting the launch of OEM focussed products into the subsidiaries with regards to documentation, tooling, test equipment and training.
Dealing with day-2-day enquiries affecting the support of these OEM products through their product life-cycle and where identified, designing and implementing system and process improvements.
Overseas travel will be expected
