Renishaw’s Manufacturing Services Division has a vacancy within its supply chain development team for a Buyer to support project purchasing activities. These activities include sourcing a wide range of proprietary and bespoke products to meet requirements of product development divisions.
The role entails sourcing sustainable and capable supply chains for new items required in developing bill of materials, to the point of stability allowing transfer to the supply chain management (production) purchasing team.
As the successful candidate you will be able to work using your own initiative as well as working comfortably and effectively within a team.You will have the ability to proactively influence others making sure that business needs are achieved demonstrating the urgency and attention to detail required. You will be a hardworking, flexible and diligent individual with a positive “can do” attitude and excellent communication skills.
