Renishaw offers a number of paid placement opportunities lasting between 6 and 14 weeks during the summer holiday period. We are particularly interested to hear from A Level students or undergraduates who are keen to experience the broad range of mechanical engineering challenges faced at a leading engineering company. The placements will involve working on real engineering projects that can involve elements of, for instance, component design and modelling, process design, dynamic analysis, design for manufacture, mechanisms and control, and experimental design verification. Using the latest software applications, in-house development processes, technologies and practical skills can give a real insight into engineering business and how Renishaw develops and manufactures innovative new products.
As Renishaw is based quite rurally, it is essential that applicants have their own form of transport or they are willing to relocate to the local area.
Please note: You must have the right to live and work in the EU to apply.
