Renishaw’s Group Engineering Division in Edinburgh are looking for an experienced assembly operative.
As the successful applicant you will be involved in the assembly and inspection of products to a specified quality standard, in-line with a defined production schedule. You will work closely with internal R&D and design teams on production and pre-production systems, and will have a “can do” attitude. You will also be able to communicate well and have a proven record of good time-keeping and attendance. This is a chance for an experienced operator to join a new and exciting operation within the business. With this role comes the benefit of starting early on the project and being able to influence process development.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art manufacture facility and be able to influence products and processes. The successful applicant will be able to work with minimum supervision and be able to show initiative to recommend changes where applicable. Good written and verbal communication are necessary, along with a positive attitude and a flexible approach to work.
