Part of a team of Engineers, as Product Support Engineer you will be installing, servicing and maintaining our range of analytical Raman spectroscopy equipment around the globe. Located at our UK headquarters in Wotton-under-Edge, South Gloucestershire.
Reporting to the International Service Manager, you will work together with the engineering teams and repair coordinators to help ensure coverage of our customer base and maintain Renishaw’s reputation for high quality service and response.
This position is an excellent opportunity to use your technical knowledge along with interpersonal skills to deliver service, advice and support which includes installation, maintenance and repair of Renishaw’s spectroscopy products. We encourage those with a genuine interest in developing their product engineering skills to apply.
It would be an advantage to have knowledge of Raman spectroscopy, other spectroscopic techniques, microscopy, material science, analytical measurements or systems engineering and to have previous technical support experience. However, product training and, if required, spectroscopy and microscopy techniques training will be provided.
